Fluoride exposure and intelligence in school-age children: evidence from different windows of exposure susceptibility

Don't drink "fluoridated" water while pregnant, don't let kids drink it, it's proven to be harmful. Now, about the fact that it's literally impossible to find non artificially poisoned water anywhere, can anyone help me understand what's going on here?
